  • CDPs are built around marketing profiles. Rivora is infrastructure: it moves every kind of event, from product analytics to payments and database changes, with delivery guarantees, versioned transforms and rewind. You can still send profiles to your CDP from Rivora.

  • Events are stored encrypted in the region you choose, in the US or the EU. History is kept for 7 days on Hobby, 30 days on Growth, and up to 365 days on Enterprise. Enterprise customers can also run the data plane inside their own cloud account.

  • Rivora retries with backoff for up to 72 hours while preserving order per user. If a destination stays unavailable, events wait in a dead-letter queue and you can rewind them with one command once it recovers.

  • Yes. Rivora accepts events in the formats of the most common analytics SDKs, so you can switch the endpoint first and migrate to the Rivora SDK at your own pace.

  • An event is counted once when it is received, no matter how many destinations it is delivered to. Events your transforms drop still count, and rewinds are free.

  • Hobby is free. Growth is billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel anytime; annual billing saves 20%. Enterprise plans come with an annual agreement and a 99.99% uptime SLA.
